Returns/Cancellations and Refund Policy

At any time you are not satisfied with your product, Rite-Kem takes your concerns seriously. We work hard to continue to maintain a satisfactory relationship with customers.

Cancellation or return of Rite-Kem products is accepted within fifteen days from the date of purchase, unless another return policy is specified. Upon Rite-Kem's discretion, the product may be replaced or a full refund issued for the unused portion of the product. Contact Rite-Kem customer service department concerning cancellations or returns.

We manufacture our products to be free of defects and delivered in accordance with and conform to all applicable laws and regulations. In the event of our products malfunctioning or being defective, we will replace or refund them at our discretion.
